I like helping people feel their best. Massage frees up tension in the body and calms the nervous system. Every session is different because each client is different. I offer my own unique, intuitive style that blends elements of myofascial, Swedish, and sports massage. I work on tired shoulders, necks, backs, hips, legs and feet. Clients come to me for deep relaxation. Clients come to me to address structural issues that cause persistent aches and pains. Clients come to me for better sleep. Sessions are by appointment at The Arlington Center. Home visits are available for an additional fee. Massage with CBD lotion available for a $25 fee, just add a note to your reservation.
